3 days of training at start, 1 x term conferences (half day) for a year First year of whole school Implementation |
Tier 2 Team (approx. 5 staff)
4 days of training across a school year Second year of whole school SWPBIS implementation. |
Tier 3 Team (approx. 4 staff)
3 days of training across a school year Second or third year of whole school SWPBIS implementation. |
What is the outcome? | School staff have information about SWPBIS training and implementation and can make an informed decision about SWPBIS. | Team has all of the information, resources and a clear list of tasks to “build” the Tier 1 systems in the training year, in order to “launch” SWPBIS in their school the following year. | Within school consultants can collect data about teacher use of ECPs, establish peer coaching cycles and facilitate multi-component professional learning cycles within the school.
School will be self-sufficient in providing their own Effective Classroom Practice PL as and when they need it. |
